The country was rocked just a few weeks ago by the news that Biden’s FBI raided Trump’s home. Rumors and speculation have swirled about why a Democrat-run FBI would target a former (and future) political rival. Few honest people believe this raid (and the related investigation) is legitimate. It appears to be the latest chapter in the left’s pathetic campaign to prevent Trump from becoming president again.
But it seems this scheme has not deterred Trump one bit. He appears more fired up to help Republicans win in 2022. And his 2024 plans could be announced any day now. He’s even hinted at a “major motion” to shut the left’s agenda in its tracks.
Former President Donald Trump on Friday foreshadowed a “major motion” in response to the FBI’s raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate earlier this month…
“A major motion pertaining to the Fourth Amendment will soon be filed concerning the illegal Break-In of my home, Mar-a-Lago, right before the ever important Mid-Term Elections,” Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social. “My rights, together with the rights of all Americans, have been violated at a level rarely seen before in our Country. Remember, they even spied on my campaign.”

Trump suggested his legal team will file a “major motion” that against the FBI’s raid on his home. This motion will apparently touch on the 4th Amendment and could invalidate whatever they tried to seize from his property.
The reasoning behind the unprecedented raid on his home has been mired in confusion and mystery. The DOJ has refused to be honest to America about why it approved a raid on a president’s home. The Washington Post even circulated a false report that they were after nuclear weapons documents.
But it appears that, whatever the reason, Trump believes they broke the law. He called the raid an “illegal break-in” and is citing the 4th Amendment. The 4th protects Americans from the government, preventing law enforcement from entering our homes and taking our possessions. The Amendment has been extended to include documents and communications.
A law enforcement body must first acquire a warrant based on probable cause, before they can do so.
We know that an anti-Trump judge approved the warrant. But what about the probable cause? Reports swirled that an “unnamed informant” helped the FBI acquire the warrant by providing probable cause. This might be the key to Trump’s 4th Amendment defense.
This “unnamed” person could have been wrong. Or, it could have been a fabrication from a dishonest, Democrat-led DOJ to break into Trump’s house. This could be close to the truth, considering what Trump is saying.
A former president holding onto documents is no grounds for a raid. Obama has 30 million pages of documents he took from the White House (including documents from the Clinton administration). Do you think a few of those could be classified? Yet the FBI never raided him. For the FBI to raid Trump’s home, they needed a bigger reason than that. And it could have been a lie.
This major motion could shut down the investigation, creating another black stain on the Biden administration… and the Democratic Party.
