‘No matter what path Iran chooses, America wins,’ Says Top Trump Official

Remember when the so-called foreign policy “experts” told us that Trump’s Iran strategy was reckless, dangerous, and going to start World War III? Yeah, about that. Stephen Miller just went on national television and declared that President Trump has secured a generational victory that positions America to dominate for the next century. Not the next election cycle. Not the next decade. The next hundred years.

We are SO back, baby.

Miller — who serves as White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and is one of the sharpest strategic minds in Washington — laid it out in terms so clear that even the talking heads at MSNBC could follow along. “What you’re watching now in Iran with the implementation of this blockade is the total resetting of the American power dynamic for the next 100 years,” Miller said. Total resetting. Not a tweak. Not a nudge. A complete restructuring of who runs the show in the Middle East.

Here’s the play, and it’s beautiful in its simplicity. Trump ordered the U.S. Navy to implement a full blockade on Iranian ports. Not sanctions. Not strongly worded letters from the UN. Not John Kerry flying over to hand them pallets of cash on a cargo plane in the middle of the night. An actual naval blockade. Aircraft carriers, destroyers, the whole fleet parked on Iran’s doorstep.

And now Iran has exactly two choices, both of which end with America winning.

Miller spelled it out: “If Iran chooses the path of a deal, then that’s great for the world. That’s great for everybody.” Door number one — you come to the table, you negotiate on OUR terms, and everybody goes home happy. Sounds reasonable.

But door number two? “If Iran chooses the path of economic strangulation by blockade, then the world will pass Iran by. New energy routes will be established. New supply chains will be established. Other nations throughout the region, throughout the world, and especially America, will power the world. And Iran will become a footnote.”

A footnote. That’s what happens when you mess around and find out with a president who actually means what he says. Iran spent the last four years under Biden thinking they could push the envelope because — let’s be honest — they could. Biden couldn’t even get our hostages home. His administration’s big Iran strategy was begging them to come back to Obama’s garbage nuclear deal while Iran laughed and kept enriching uranium.

Trump looked at that situation and said, “Nah. We’re done asking. Whoever controls the seas controls the outcomes.” And he’s right. The United States has the most powerful navy on the planet and it’s not even close. When you park that navy outside someone’s ports and say “deal or starve,” the negotiating dynamic changes pretty quick.

Miller also took a well-deserved shot at the panic crowd — the same people who freaked out about Venezuela, about tariffs, about every bold move this administration makes. “Never listen to a Panican,” Miller said. “They were the ones who warned of calamity in Venezuela and ended up being one of the greatest single foreign policy, military geopolitical maneuvers in world history.” Classic. The “experts” screamed that Venezuela would be a disaster. It wasn’t. They screamed that the tariffs would crash the economy. They didn’t. Now they’re screaming about Iran. Sensing a pattern here?

“President Trump has put Iran in a box. He’s played the checkmate move,” Miller said. “No matter what path Iran chooses, America wins.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sEQ8B8CliHc

Checkmate. Not check. Not “we’re in a strong position.” Checkmate. Game over. The mullahs in Tehran can either sign a deal that neuters their nuclear ambitions and plays by our rules, or they can sit there and watch the entire global economy route around them like a pothole on the highway. Either way, America wins and Iran loses.

This is what actual foreign policy looks like. Not apology tours. Not pallets of cash delivered under cover of darkness. Not begging hostile regimes to pretty please come back to the negotiating table. You put the full weight of American military and economic power on the table and you say, “Your move.”

Trump just restructured the entire Middle East power dynamic, and he did it without firing a shot. Miller says we won for the next 100 years. Based on what we’re seeing? He might be underselling it.
