As the COP26 climate change summit kicked off in Glasgow, Scotland, the mentally declining U.S. president could be seen struggling to keep his eyes open.
President Joe Biden struggled to stay awake Monday during the opening speeches at the COP26 climate change summit in Glasgow, Scotland.
The president, wearing a mask, sat listening to the addresses with his arms folded as his eyes began to droop. As his eyes closed for several seconds and his breathing changed — that’s when a White House handler came to jolt him awake.
As Biden drifts off, sitting comfortably in his chair, you can see him first scan the room appearing to check for media cameras. Sleepy Joe stairs right into the lens then gently falls into a brief slumber as climate change globalists make their opening remarks.
Biden spoke briefly to the aide and began applauding as the speaker concluded, and then rubbed his eyes and folded his hands as the conference continued.

The summit was a giant bore, but a huge cause of concern in its own right.

Meanwhile, every world leader and their liberal billionaire donors arrived in Glasgow on fleets of private jets, showing the world just what a hypocritical farce this entire racket is.
