Due to the failure of the federal government to secure the US-Mexico border, state officials in Texas have decided to do something about it.
Biden’s border crisis has wreaked havoc across the entire United States as many cities experience a massive uptick in violent crime, joblessness, and inflation.
Deadly drugs like fentanyl are pouring over the border and cartels have ramped up their human trafficking business all while the Biden administration stands idly.
The lack of action to secure the US-Mexico border is a deliberate move by the Biden administration. A historic influx of illegal immigrants serves as a two-prong approach to Biden’s immigration plan.
First, illegal border crossers serve as the foundation for the Democrat Party’s new voter base as they hemorrhage supporters due to the radical far-left push.
Second, the Biden administration is beholden to globalist powers that be, all of whom insist that America become a borderless blob of bureaucracy, regulation, and corporate rule.
Meanwhile, this is all being done under the guise of ‘human rights’ and ‘equality/equity’ in total repudiation of Trump-era immigration policies that actually produced results.
County officials in several towns around Texas have declared an ‘invasion’ on the border on Monday, according to a spokesman for Kinney County officials.
The judges, mayors, attorneys and sheriffs in Uvalde, Kinney and Goliad counties are set to urge Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to join them, but the governor is not yet involved in the effort, according to a Texas county spokesman.
Whether Democrats like it or not, states are granted express rights in the U.S. Constitution that the federal government cannot overturn. One of those rights in Article IV, Section 4 grants states the right to protect themselves from an invasion.
It states:
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
According to the Constitution, states are then allowed to declare war against said “invasion” without express approval from the federal government.
Former Trump administration officials are dead-center in this bold move to stop Biden’s illegal invasion of migrants.
Working with the Center for Renewing America, a conservative organization led by Russ Vought and Ken Cuccinelli, released a statement celebrating the invasion declaration.
“For the first time in U.S. history, several counties in Texas, outside of Congress, have declared an invasion–a Constitutional solution we have been advocating for over a year.”

Texas Rep. Chip Roy has joined forces with the Center for Renewing America and joined them during a press conference on Monday.

Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona also visited the border to expose the sheer number of illegal immigrants who pass by security barriers without a care in the world.

Meanwhile, despite their claims of a more ‘humane’ approach to border security, illegal immigrants are dying at a rapid rate. Just recently, 53 illegal immigrants were found dead in a van after it was permitted to pass through border checkpoints.
When asked about the tragedy, Biden skirted all blame.
