For 10 months of Joe Biden’s wicked presidency his administration has successfully maneuvered around multiple federal laws, destroyed the bounds of our Constitution, and exacted a level of tyranny this country hasn’t experienced in modern history.
Using climate change or the China Virus pandemic, the Democrats stole an entire presidential election, locked Americans down for over a year, and continue to insist they subject themselves to medical treatment against their will.
Enough is enough and thankfully there are elected officials who mirror that sentiment felt by most Americans today.
Ron DeSantis, Republican Governor of Florida and arguably Biden’s biggest foe, has consistently stood up against the authoritarianism of the Biden administration. His state has remained open, safe, and now boasts the lowest case rate of COVID-19 in the country.
That can’t be said for New York or California.
Still, after Biden announced a vaccine mandate for federal and private employees last month, DeSantis decided enough was enough.
Now he’s taking further action against the “unlawful” COVID-19 vaccine mandate ordered by the Biden administration, slapping the cognitively deficient president with a major lawsuit.
Included in the lawsuit against Biden is NASA and other government agencies who have thus far enforced a vaccine mandate.
The Republican governor and state Attorney General Ashley Moody filed the lawsuit against Biden, NASA, NASA Administrator Bill Nelson, and officials within the White House Office of Management and Budget, and the Department of Defense over the vaccine mandates.

“Because the government’s unlawful vaccine requirement seeks to interfere with Florida’s employment policies and threaten Florida with economic harm and the loss of federal contracts, the State seeks relief from this Court.”
Earlier this month, DeSantis vowed to fight Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate on employers and workers in federal court and through legislation.

The governor last week said he would call together a special session of the Florida legislature to ban COVID-19 vaccine mandates on businesses.
History shows bold and impactful leadership is the answer to combat petty tyrants and authoritarian regimes. Ron DeSantis is doing just that.
