Let’s face it. Everyone knows Cuomo is a lying, no-good piece of work. And that includes everyone at Judicial watch. They announced today that they filed a FOI (Freedom of Information Act) lawsuit against HHS for inter-agency communications between the CDC and NY State about the COVID-related deaths that were reported by New York state.
They filed the lawsuit in the United States District Court of Columbia after Health and Human Services refused to respond to their request sent in on March 11 2021. The request including the following information:
All emails between the director of the CDC, Mr. Robert Redfield, and the New York governmental officials that were related to the number of deaths caused by Coronavirus, aka SARS-Cov-2, or simply, COVID.
All emails sent between Mr. Redfield and other state or federal officials with any accounts ending in or including @cdc.gov or @exec.ny.gov, again requesting emails related to the official count of deaths reported by NY State due to COVID.
Cuomo’s administration reported more official numbers than it had previously about the number of nursing home deaths that had occurred in NY due to COVID. The number count is expected to be off by nearly 50% or more.
Cuomo was caught red-handed intentionally hiding the reality of the COVID death toll in his state, especially in nursing home. His aides overruled state health and public officials over more than five months to keep the information obscure. The number of deaths is far great that initially thought, all thanks to this massive coverup.
Cuomo and his administration are now suffering under the weight of a federal investigation into their illegal activities. Not just one, but four investigations that all overlap, with Cuomo smack dab in the middle of them. Nursing home deaths in New York are thought to be more thank 15,000, all from COVID.
Cuomo, unfortunately, has many political allies involved in his corruption, and the likelihood of getting a fair investigation is poor. But the American people want to know what happened now, and many lawmakers and law officials are doing their best to get to the bottom of it right now, not in a few years.
Including Judicial watch, who is suing and trying to get more information as we speak. It won’t be long before that cat’s out of the bag on Cuomo.
