Joe Biden’s entire political agenda has all but come to a screeching halt. His administration has failed to string together policy or legislative victories as most are either struck down in court or fails to achieve necessary support in Congress.
However, Biden’s latest failed policy is actually a major victory for the American people.
The illegal, immoral, and unimaginable medical tyranny thrusted upon the population at the hands of Joe Biden will go down in history as one of America’s darkest moments. Luckily, it appears that a vaccine mandate on private business announced in September will fail to reach implementation per a new announcement from OSHA.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has suspended the implementation of its federal vaccine mandate affecting roughly 80 million workers in the U.S. after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay its COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS).
According to the court order, OSHA is to “take no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order.”

The legal challenges came swiftly following the announcement of the rule, which requires employers with over 100 employees to mandate vaccines or implement rigorous testing requirements. The cost of the latter remains on unvaccinated employees, amounting to a “work tax,” as OSHA, specifically, “does not require employers to pay for any costs associated with testing.”
The rule prompted businesses, as well as multiple states, to take action, deeming the rule unconstitutional.
Leading the charge against Biden’s vaccine mandate is Ron DeSantis, Florida’s Republican Governor. DeSantis, along with a small handful of other GOP leaders, has vowed not only to stop enforcement of Biden’s mandate, but vows to use all legal resources to challenge its constitutionality.

On an even creepier note, the enforcement process requires a major swelling of Biden’s federal bureaucracy, which includes “planned inspections” of private business and hefty fines for first-time violations.
If eventually allowed to proceed, the strain on American freedom will be unmistakable and will likely cause mass outrage unseen in decades. Biden, who openly discredits personal freedom, is ushering in a new era of liberal fascism.
It’s only a matter of time before the next mandate, the next lockdown, or the next quarantine is pushed by Democrats.
