As Media Tries to Manipulate Midterms, New Poll Shakes Democrats

Over the last few years, signs pointed to a powerful reckoning against the radical left. Joe Biden and his Democrats tanked our country—and suffered tremendously during last year’s off-cycle elections. This year, all the signs pointed to Republicans retaking the House after the midterms.

Until recently, that is. The media tried to pretend like all the momentum and anger built up by Americans suffering under Joe Biden just simply… vanished. That a minor reduction at the gas pump was enough to forgive vaccine mandates, runaway inflation, Afghanistan, the open border, and endless lies.

Democrats rushed to pass a spending bill that will increase taxes during a recession. And now, yet another poll is shedding light on the truth.

Republicans have a five-point lead over Democrats in their bid to retake control of Congress this fall, according to a new poll.

With less than three months until midterm elections, a Rasmussen Reports poll found that 46% of likely U.S. voters said they would vote for a Republican for Congress, while 41% expressed support for a Democrat. Eight percent said they were unsure while 4% said they would vote for someone else.

The Republican advantage is increasing. Another Rasmussen poll taken earlier this month shortly after the FBI’s raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate showed that the GOP had a three-point advantage over Democrats in the congressional race. [Source: Just the News]

Nobody can predict the future. And polls can be easily manipulated by the people who conduct them. But we’ve consistently seen polls that show generic Republicans beating Democrats in this year’s election—something that we’ve rarely seen in our history.

Even when Republicans win big in Congress, Democrats had a lead in polling. For Republicans to so often lead in recent generic polls hints at the growing anger Americans have against the left.

Remember, Biden promised to “build back better,” only to generate massive inflation and a recession. He has betrayed Americans’ trust time and again. Not to mention try to trample on our constitutional rights again and again.

And that’s not factoring in the millions of Americans who believe he is a fraudulent president—and eager to hold his feet to the fire.

Democrats have done very little to salvage their chances this year. They have pushed radical legislation that would tank our democracy and economy. They have ignored Americans’ concerns, backing a “president” who clearly suffers from mental illness. All they’ve cared about is “messaging”—how they look in front of voters.

Well, that might not cut it, come November.
