Children’s Health Defense (CHD) has filed a lawsuit against the Department of War and Secretary Pete Hegseth. Despite many positive changes for the military with Hegseth at the helm, many Biden-era policies are still in place that prevent Christians from serving in the armed forces. Specifically, CHD argues that the military is denying religious exemption requests over vaccines. The US Supreme Court ruled recently that parents have a First Amendment religious right to refuse vaccines for their children, and CHD argues that the same standard should apply to military service.
The Department of War’s (formerly the Department of Defense) mandatory vaccination policy aligns with the CDC’s mandatory schedule of 72 vaccines for American schoolchildren. Despite this requirement, neither the military nor the CDC has ever conducted long-term safety studies on the cumulative effects of giving a human being so many shots.
According to the lawsuit, it’s nearly impossible for military members to get a religious exemption from vaccination. The policy for granting exemptions to new recruits is “ambiguous,” and for acting service members, it is a “sham.”
Data from the Department of War shows that 98% of all religious exemption requests under the Biden regime were denied. The handful of exemptions that were granted tend to be awarded to practicing Muslims. The denial rate in the US Army, Navy, and Air Force is close to 100%.
These blanket denials place Christian servicemembers in a bad position. Once a religious exemption is denied, they can be charged with disobeying a lawful order if they still refuse to get jabbed. That leads to disciplinary action that can include loss of rank and pay, and involuntary separation from service.
It became obvious to many people by mid-2021 that the so-called COVID “vaccines” were ineffective. People were getting jabbed and still catching COVID-19. On top of that, young and healthy people were developing myocarditis and weird neurological disorders from the shots. By the time that Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate went into effect in August 2021, more than 100,000 servicemembers had applied for religious exemptions.
Almost every application was rejected. Biden kicked 8,700 servicemembers out of the military. Another 95,000 took the shots under duress, rather than having their military careers destroyed. The Pentagon has never released the number of officers and enlisted members who voluntarily resigned rather than take the dangerous and ineffective COVID shots.
As we reported exclusively in 2022, more than 20,000 servicemembers became sexually sterile during the first six months of Joe Biden’s COVID vaccine mandate. Another 4,086 female servicemembers developed ovarian dysfunction. The number of troops who were injured by the COVID vaccines is truly shocking, and we encourage you to go back and read that article. All of the data was pulled from the US Army’s Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED), which is one of the most respected databases of vaccine injuries in the world. Many of those tens of thousands of injuries could have been avoided if the Biden regime had honored religious exemption requests.
For those who do not understand the Christian objection to vaccination, I’ll just speak for myself and try to simplify it. Many of the required vaccines in the CDC and military schedules are developed using cell lines from aborted babies. This includes the MMR and varicella (chickenpox) vaccines, which are mandatory.
If the creation of any medicine, including a vaccine, requires the execution of someone’s baby to create it, then I’m not taking that medicine. I’ll take my chances with whatever diseases are out there, rather than participate in the murder of someone else’s baby. Period.
CHD estimates that as many as 3,000 young Americans decide not to enter military service every year because of the near impossibility of getting a religious vaccine exemption. They don’t even bother enlisting, despite a desire to serve our country.
This would be a simple matter for Secretary Hegseth to resolve. We’re honestly surprised that he hasn’t dealt with the problem yet. If the military is denying 98% of religious exemption requests from vaccines, then something is clearly wrong with the system.
Don’t take this as a criticism of Secretary Hegseth in any way. He’s doing a great job. He’s firing the purple-haired transgender generals who think that diversity is the most important function of the military and sending Venezuelan drug boats down to Davy Jones’ locker. He’s got a lot on his plate. We hope this lawsuit will jolt him into restoring the religious rights of American soldiers.
