Joe Biden and the Democrats have spent weeks “celebrating” the nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court. Liberals claim this is a great thing, because she will be the first black woman on the highest court in the land. The MSM have paraded her around as a champion of women’s rights—despite her concerning history of supporting far-left causes.
The judge herself talked about what this nomination meant to her as a woman. Hmm… you’d think, with all that talk, the left would have a very clear idea of what it means to support women’s rights. Or, at the very least, they would know what a woman actually is. Yet, when Sen. Blackburn asked Jackson, point blank, to define the word, she was speechless.

This is a major point of concern, perhaps more than you might realize. Judge Jackson refused to define the word “woman.” She even said she “can’t” because she’s not a “biologist.” That’s a pretty big problem, since gender has become a major legal issue in recent years. What if she, while a Supreme Court justice, has to decide on a case that involves gender? If she can’t even define what a woman is, how can she decide on this case?
More than that, how can she decide on any case that involves men and women—if she can’t define what a woman is?
Now, we know why she said this. She, like most Democrats, is terrified of the woke mob. She feared that if she said a woman is someone with two XX chromosomes, then they might try to cancel her. Or she feared offending the transgender movement, which seems to be running the Democratic Party, these days.
But that’s no way a Supreme Court justice should be behaving. Even a child knows the difference between a man and a woman. But a grown adult can’t, without being a biologist (as if the left even listens to biology anymore)? If there was any reason for Republicans to disqualify this candidate, it was that.
That doesn’t even get into her history of supporting radical, leftist ideas like CRT and Marxism. Or how she has a history connected with noted anti-Semites. Or the fact that she once advocated for Gitmo terrorists.
Perhaps Republicans need to push hard to get rid of her, right now?
