Last week the country hit a new, terrible milestone. For the first time ever, the national average for gasoline hit $5/gallon. Gas prices continue to skyrocket, as Joe Biden’s America-last agenda puts strain on the U.S. energy sector.
Not that long ago, Joe promised to “work like the devil” to get gas prices down. Of course, that was a lie. As far back as the 2020 debates, Biden vowed to get rid of the oil and gas industry. His “environmental” policies are rapidly weakening America’s energy resolve—as billions of dollars flow to foreign nations.
And it doesn’t seem anybody is buying Joe’s excuses.
Most voters believe the Biden administration is allowing gas prices to rise to force Americans to use less fossil fuel, a Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group survey released Friday found.
The survey asked, “Do you believe the Biden Administration is intentionally letting gas prices rise to make Americans use less fossil fuels?”
Most, 53 percent, said “yes,” they believe the Biden administration is allowing it to happen purposely to force Americans to use less fossil fuel. Another 39.6 percent, however, do not believe that is the case, and 7.4 percent are unsure. [Source: Breitbart]
Talk about a failed narrative. Biden and his corrupt administration have done a very poor job pretending like our economic decline is just a coincidence (or the fault of uncontrollable forces, like Putin). It seems most Americans understand Biden is doing this intentionally, to force Americans to change against their will.
Biden’s own energy secretary admitted as much. They have no plans to lower gas prices by lifting Biden-inflicted regulations, limits, and fines. Instead, they expect you to go out and buy a $100,000 EV.
Meanwhile, Biden is abusing his executive authority to mass-produce solar panels, which will send even more American dollars to China.
Biden’s agenda is crystal clear. Use environmentalism as an excuse to send billions to foreign nations and globalists, at the expense of the American people. Weaken our energy industry, neglect the supply chain, and throw fuel on the inflation fire.
And pretend like this is the right thing to do, or that you have no choice.
But this poll reveals that he moved too fast (and stupidly). Americans know Biden is to blame for all their hardships. And they are not standing for this con game, anymore.
If Biden thinks he can jerk around Americans with no repercussions, he really is senile.
His party is going to feel the pain, come November.
