No Whites Need Apply: Biden Uses Affirmative Action To Fill SCOTUS Seat

It was only a matter of time before one of the old stogies left on the Supreme Court announced their retirement under Biden’s reign. In a way, Biden’s presidency is like reliving the Trump years while looking in a funhouse mirror. The events seem similar, the results, however, are diametrically opposite.

Like clockwork it’s been leaked that Liberal Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer plans to retire from the nation’s highest court after the summer term. This news comes as Joe Biden fails miserably to resonate with the American people, which is evident in all available approval ratings and poll numbers.

Desperate for a victory amongst a heaping pile of failures, it appears Breyer’s retirement couldn’t come at a better time for Biden, who will undoubtedly seek to unite the left using affirmative action to fill the vacancy.

On the campaign trail Biden promised to name the first black woman to the Supreme Court. Breyer’s retirement gives the failing president an opportunity to finally fulfil a campaign promise.

Breyer, 83, has been a pragmatic force on a court that has grown increasingly conservative in recent years, trying to forge majorities with more moderate justices right and left of center.

Breyer’s departure, expected over the summer, won’t change the 6-3 conservative advantage on the court because his replacement will be nominated by Biden and almost certainly confirmed by a Senate where Democrats have the slimmest majority. It also makes conservative Justice Clarence Thomas the oldest member of the court at 73.

The vacant SCOTUS seat, however, seems like a perfect landing pad for Vice President Kamala Harris, who is despised by the entire country and continually fails at her White House duties. Rumors have been swirling for months that Biden has been desperately searching for a role for Kamala as it appears he regrets choosing her for Vice President.

By nominating Harris to the Court, Democrats could create an open slot in the Vice Presidency — and while they still have control of Congress, all it would take to confirm a successor to Harris would be a majority vote in both Houses, according to the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.

Biden’s shortlist is actually quite terrifying. Race aside, these women are whack job liberals with only a smattering of respect for the law as all are hellbent in transforming the country into an “equitable” dystopian nightmare.

Shortlist:

U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson
Justice Leondra Kruger of the California Supreme Court
U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris
Lest we forget, Kamala Harris failed her California bar exam and if nominated would be the only SCOTUS justice to have done so.
