The chief law enforcement officer in the United States, the man Joe Biden nominated to head the Justice Department, and proponent of Critical Race Theory has weaponized federal authorities to unfairly target parents ‘critical’ of educators’ attempt to brainwash their children with leftism.
Last month Attorney General Merrick Garland appeared before both houses on Congress to discuss a memo published by the Justice Department blatantly labeling parents who oppose CRT as “domestic terrorists.”
He received a lashing like no other, with multiple GOP lawmakers demanding his immediate resignation.
Of course Garland never stepped down, and instead the entire debacle has taken a turn for the worst.
A whistleblower from the Justice Department recently provided Republican lawmakers with documents that state the FBI is using counterterrorism tactics to investigate parents considered to be potential “domestic terrorists” as they voice concerns about education in their local school districts.

According to the documents, the FBI is using “threat tags” to unfairly target parents ‘critical’ of CRT, a move that contradicts Garland’s October testimony.
Garland claimed during the hearing that FBI agents were not, under any circumstance, using counterterrorism tools to investigate parents at school board meetings.

The Justice Department documents landed in the hands of GOP Rep. Jim Jordan who promptly penned a letter to Merrick Garland.

The whistleblower docs are dated October 20 — the dat before Garland’s testimony in front of the House Judiciary Committee. They referenced an order from Garland to the FBI to look into school board threats and apply a new “threat tag,” created by the Counterterrorism and Criminal Divisions, to “investigations and assessments of threats specifically directed against school board administrators, board members, teachers, and staff.”
This bombshell essentially points to the overarching efforts of the Biden administration to stamp out conservative parents or anyone who demands their children not be infected with radical leftism in public schools.
On September 30, top officials of the National School Boards Association (NSBA) sent a letter to Joe Biden seeking federal assistance to target parents voicing concerns at school board meetings about issues affecting their children’s education. The letter recommended that federal laws such as the Patriot Act be used to explore whether these parents might be identified as “domestic terrorists.”
A subsequent memorandum was released by Merrick Garland who met the NSBA’s demands, threatening parents with legal backlash if they continued to speak out against Critical Race Theory in schools. The memo, according to Garland, was a warning to parents threatening violence against educators.
Meanwhile, leftists truly believe words are akin to violence.
Garland’s memo is a clear indication of the Biden administration’s approach to education.
Woke educators and radical leftists have infected the Department of Education, pushing CRT while attempting to squeeze out parents. Biden’s own Education Secretary doesn’t even consider parents the “primary” spokespeople for their children’s education.

The radicalism must end, but it appears this is a well strategized effort on the part of the Biden administration to invade every walk of life, starting with the elementary schools, with radical ‘woke’ leftism.
