War on Faith: Woke Liberal Magazine Compares Rosary to Ar-15s

At this point, nobody should waste an ounce of mental strength taking the left seriously. They have become so hostile to regular Americans and traditional morals and values, that they sound more like aliens than fellow citizens. In fact, some liberals go out of their way to slander and discredit anyone they hate or fear. And in the most ridiculous ways.

We all know the left hates gun owners. And not because they are “dangerous.” But because someone smart enough to safely own and operate a gun is not quick to believe whatever the media tells them. That can also be said of people who worship God, who believe him over a power-hungry political party.

And so, leftist rag The Atlantic went the extra step to insult both gun owners and Catholics.

The Atlantic has likened the rosary to an AR-15 assault weapon in an incendiary attack Sunday on conservative Catholics.

“Just as the AR-15 rifle has become a sacred object for Christian nationalists in general, the rosary has acquired a militaristic meaning for radical-traditional (or ‘rad trad’) Catholics,” writes Toronto-based Daniel Panneton in an Atlantic article released the day before the Catholic feast of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary

Never mind that the highest-profile rosary-wielding U.S. Catholic is President Joe Biden, Panneton powers forward, alleging darkly that armed radical traditionalists “have taken up a spiritual notion that the rosary can be a weapon in the fight against evil and turned it into something dangerously literal.” [Source: Breitbart]

As stupid as this liberal sounds, what he is writing is very evil and very dangerous. The obvious Canadian writer (who lives in a country without a 1^st Amendment) is trying to claim that Catholics, one of the largest Christian churches in America, are “dangerous” because they carry a “literal” weapon.

There is no evidence that faithful Catholics, who use rosaries while praying, pose any threat to our government or society. Anyone with a brain knows this. But Panneton is trying to make a connection between so-called dangerous AR-15 owners and millions of Christian Americans.

All so leftists will see the rosary as some kind of symbol of violence. Which, of course, will give them license to use violence against any rosary-carrying Catholic.

Think I’m crazy? This is the same group of leftists who have called for the defunding of police, vandalized churches for being pro-life, and applauds violence against anyone who supports a particular president.

It was only a matter of time until they turned their fascist gaze on religious groups en masse. And if you think this is going to stop at Catholics, think again. Next, it’ll be any conservative Christian wearing a gold cross. Or conservative Jew with a kippah. Or anyone daring to hold a Bible in public.

Notice how quickly the writer shifted from politics to religion? He is making a connection between a person’s faith and politics. Soon, it won’t matter if you’re conservative or liberal. If you associate with these hated religious groups, you will be targeted by radical leftists who read this garbage.

And so long as Democrats run the federal government and many state governments, law enforcement agencies that are supposed to protect the 1^st Amendment will do nothing. Biden’s DOJ did nothing when protesters threatened Supreme Court justices. His DOJ did little even when churches were vandalized.

Democrats will sit back and let unhinged leftists persecute religious Americans, until we do one of two things: renounce our faith in the name of the left or die.
