Uncovered Emails Prove Biden And His Team Are Full Of Hot Air

Joe Biden might be trying to move on, but Americans aren’t done with his failures in Afghanistan. The failed president botched the withdrawal from the country and left many Americans stranded. Reportedly, 500 Americans could still be left in the foreign country, with thousands of our allies abandoned.

We learned that private efforts are underway to get out as many Americans as possible. Regular folks have pulled together cash to provide flights for stranded citizens. But we also learned that these flights have not been able to take off. Some claim the Taliban was keeping them grounded, to squeeze more from the U.S. Others report the State Department was getting in the way.

Secretary of State Blinken claimed his agency was doing all it could to rescue stuck Americans. But a leaked email provides that was nothing but hot air.

The State Department refused “to grant official approval for private evacuation flights from Afghanistan to land in third countries, even though the department conceded that official authorization would likely be needed for planes to land in those nations,” according to Fox News, which obtained the email.

…the State Department also said that “charter flights, even those containing American citizens, would not be allowed to land at Defense Department (DOD) airbases,” effectively grounding the evacuation mission…

The State Department official went on to say that even if the organization conducting the evacuations were to reach an agreement to land their evacuees in another country, the State Department would not give the go-ahead or “approve” of the charter flight, leaving organizers few options. [Source: Daily Wire]

According to this email, the State Department is not only refusing to provide support to these evacuation flights, but it is deliberately denying them any options.

They will not allow these planes to land in nearby countries, nor at U.S. Army bases. The department claims flight organizers can find another place to land, but the State Department will not approve it.

That essentially means these flights will not be able to land anywhere, including the United States.

This flies in the face with what Secretary of State Blinken has said. He claimed his agency was “working around the clock” to help people trying to get out of Afghanistan. He said they were “doing all we can to clear any roadblocks” to help these flights get out of Afghanistan.

All lies. When these organizers tried to get assistance from the State Department (they cannot fly out without its help), the agency appeared to go out of its way to block them.

Biden’s administration is now actively preventing Americans from leaving Afghanistan. The leaked email claimed it was a “security” concern. M-hm, tell us more stories. These same losers flew tens of thousands of Afghan refugees from the country, some of whom had zero ID. Yet now, when Americans are trying to get home, suddenly the State Department is worried about security?

I’m not buying it. Joe Biden is once again putting everyone else in the world ahead of his own people.
