New WH Press Secretary Just as Bad as Last One–Fumbles Basic Questions on Inflation

You hate to say it, but it seems Biden’s decision-process for picking staff has more to do with identity than ability. By that I mean, he picks women and minorities so he looks progressive. But sadly, none of these people have what it takes to actually do their jobs.

And the country gets to suffer for it.

Biden’s first press secretary, Jen Psaki, was known for “circling back” to questions she refused to answer. Worse than that, she often spoke in place of Biden and waded into partisan arguments (which is something she should have been above). But her replacement doesn’t seem all that better.

She has been unable to answer basic questions—and struggled with inflation.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has delivered some very odd answers to queries from reporters about inflation.

Take this one: “What we’re trying to say — what I’m trying to say to you is that the economy is in a better place than it has been historically. And so we feel here at this administration — and other experts as well — is that we feel that we are in a good position to take on inflation. We’re in a good position to really start really working on lowering prices,” she said Tuesday…

“Why do you think it is that 83 percent of people polled by The Wall Street Journal say the economy is ‘poor’ or ‘not so good’?” Doocy asked Biden’s spokesman.

“So, when it comes to consumer confidence — is what you’re talking about there — we know that can reflect concern and uncertainty about higher prices.  People feel the effect of high prices when they go to the grocery store and they fill up their gans- — gas tank, which the President understands very personally — when he was growing up and understanding how — how when prices elevate even just a bit, how much that can hurt a family, how much that can really affect, you know, someone’s household,” Jean-Pierre said. Uh, jeez. Jean-Pierre apparently thinks the longer she talks, the more convincing she sounds. But you don’t need long explanations to answer these basic questions.

When reporters pressed her concerning Biden’s bizarre move to force companies to produce solar panels, she ignored the question and rambled on about “America.” Never mind the fact that Biden’s move was a clear attempt to enrich Communist China.

We should partly feel bad for Jean-Pierre. After all, she is trying to represent a White House that is just a puppet for the Soros-owned DNC. This is not a real administration, but just a front for crooks and liars.

But, then again, she knew this going into the job. And she’s been a part of this criminal organization from the very beginning.

The fact that she can’t provide reasonable excuses for Biden’s madness by now is pretty pathetic. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. But this press department can’t even get a single answer right.
