New VP Poll: Everyone Wants THIS Senator In The White House

During the Turning Point USA Action Conference, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) emerged victorious in a straw poll to be the running partner of outgoing President Donald Trump.

Charlie Kirk, the head of Turning Point USA, said that Vance received 43% of the vote, nearly three times as many as the next in line. Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) received 15.4% of the vote, Gov. Doug Burgum (R-ND) received 7%, and Sen. Marco Rubio received 7.7%. 1,986 conference participants reportedly had their preferences questioned, according to the Daily Mail.

The Big Data Poll, headed by Richard Barris, a.k.a. the People’s Pundit, carried out the survey.

The Washington Examiner inquired about a response from Turning Point USA.

Kirk lauded Vance for being the ideal selection to be Trump’s running mate.

“He speaks directly to the Midwest Americans who attended our Detroit conference and has consistently been one of President Trump’s most capable and outspoken supporters and surrogates,” he told the publication.

“To retake the White House in November, we specifically need to win over these blue-wall voters. This important voting bloc certainly responds to his message and appeal,” he continued.

A member of the crowd questioned Vance about what a vice president should do to advance Trump’s agenda during his closing remarks at the Detroit conference. He asserted that a vice president must prioritize Trump above all else.

“Although Trump is considering many intelligent, deserving individuals, the same is true for our senators. It also applies to our female and male congressmen,” Vance stated. “We need people who support Trump rather than attempt to stab him in the back.”
