In Pennsylvania, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is battling to allow children to alter their gender without parental approval.In recent months, we’ve noticed a rise in the trend of distancing parents from how their kids show themselves sexually. And now, Democrats are attempting to punish parents who do not believe in the child gender transformation narrative.
The ACLU appears to be pounding the same drum.According to National Review:
“The ACLU filed a federal discrimination lawsuit with the civil-rights sections of both the United States Department of Justice and the United States Dept. of Education on Oct. 6, charging the Central Bucks School District of “illegal discrimination.”
According to the lawsuit, the district has consistently failed “to take necessary and reasonable actions to address frequent and severe harassment and bullying of LGBTQ+ kids in general, and gender nonconforming adolescents in particular.”
The left-wing group also blamed district officials and the Republican-led school board for “racially discriminatory actions and policies against LGBTQ+ pupils.”
The ACLU said it is discriminatory for parents to interfere or even oppose their child’s desire to attend school under a different name. Aside from wishing to identify as an alternative gender or sex.
In practice, instructors (or the state) would also have greater access to the children than their parents.
The ACLU further alleges that not allowing teachers to display flags or signs representing extreme gender theory is discriminatory.
The left, as usual, is passionately opposed toward the natural order of things. And they see parents as the most formidable barrier between LGBTQ messaging and kids.
So it seems obvious that they wish to exclude mothers and fathers from the discussion totally.

The policies targeted by the ACLU in Pennsylvania are generally supported by conservative parents across the country: prohibiting teachers and administrators from socially transitioning schoolchildren with gender identity disorder without their parents’ permission, continuing to allow concerned citizens to challenge books from the library they believe possess age-inappropriate or sexually suggestive content, and restricting teachers from showcasing divisive political flags or any other materials in their schools.
However, according to the ACLU, those regulations and directives constitute discrimination against LGBTQ+ youth. Witold Walczak, the legal director of the ACLU of PA, said in a prepared statement that all kids need a classroom environment that allows them to “be their complete selves without being afraid of being bullied.”
Of course, the ACLU ignores the prospect of pedophiles targeting transgender and gender-nonconforming youngsters at school. They are, in reality, aiding them with this complaint.
All under the pretense of discrimination, harassment, or bullying claims.
The purpose of the Marxist ACLU (as well as many other Dem-controlled organizations that work with children) is straightforward: children must be emancipated from their parents and placed in the hands of the state.
This is the topic Republicans should campaign and fight on.
Parents require leaders who support their authority over their children.
