Kamala Harris Is Ripping The Democratic Party In Half

Despite all the news of the GOP’s difficulties with its presidential primary, Democrats are forced to choose between the heir apparent, who also happens to be one of the most dislikeable and untalented politicians in history, and a senile old guy who may not be physically able to run. Power brokers in the left-leaning party essentially have one choice: to keep Joe Biden and “Weekend at Bernie’s” going no matter what.

They are aware that Harris cannot be the nominee. As a result, the vice president’s problems have received a lot of news attention. That mess is currently being attempted to be cleaned up, but it is not going well at all.

According to CNN, Harris is currently not even returning calls from Senator Elizabeth Warren.

“Elizabeth Warren apologized on two separate calls. After more than a month, Kamala Harris has not returned her calls.”

“Warren expressed support for President Joe Biden’s reelection bid in a late-January radio interview with a local Boston station, but when asked if he should maintain Harris as his running mate,” she replied, “I truly desire to defer to what makes Biden comfortable on his team.

“The episode and its aftermath have fueled an ongoing breakdown of claims and apparent misunderstandings, as various close friends of the Massachusetts senator and the vice president have portrayed to CNN in different ways.”

“Pretty offensive,” according to one individual close to Harris, describing the emotions of many in the vice president’s office and her wider circle.

“But the Warren incident is upsetting a lot of people in Harris’s circle because, in their eyes, it’s just the most recent in a long line of slights directed at a vice president who they claim has never had the support or respect she merits. They claim that the fact that Warren’s statements come from a former adversary who in 2020 hoped to be selected as Biden’s running mate instead makes them much more hurtful.”

This most recent controversy started when Warren spoke on the radio and said that Harris might be replaced on Biden’s rumored 2024 ticket. That has angered the infamously thin-skinned vice president, who is known for placing the blame for her problems on others rather than herself (she goes through speechwriters like toilet paper). Why Warren would leave the door open and object to Biden rather than just stating, “Yes, I believe Harris is terrific,” is not at all surprising.

She did it because Harris isn’t fantastic, which is a significant concern for Democrats who are already looking at a bench of up-and-coming candidates that is laughably terrible. Despite the several crises and controversies he had to deal with before the East Palestine debacle, Pete Buttigieg has essentially destroyed himself over it. Who remains? Michele Obama, who is currently living the high life as the new Oprah, would almost probably never run for office. Then there is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who is unpopular outside of the nation’s most depressed regions. If Biden runs again in 2028, Josh Shapiro in Pennsylvania might make a push, and he’s likely their best option.

Harris, though, is now on the outside looking in, and she is not going away easily. She is as politically inept as she is ambitious. If somebody stands up to genuinely oppose Hillary, there is no way that Democrats won’t completely ruin themselves with claims of racism and misogyny. As a result, Harris will not only be the second-in-line for 2024 but will also pose an issue in 2028 even if Biden loses.

This is due to the Democrats. They chose a vice president with almost no prior experience who was a terrible presidential candidate and failed to go past the first primary. And that was when she was being pushed into the finish line by mountains of undeserved media attention. Their issue is Harris, and it is one they brought on themselves. They had better pray that Biden doesn’t get any worse because if he can’t run, Democrats will be in serious trouble.
