Judge Overseeing Trump Case Connected To Guess Who

According to a story and an internet inquiry, the daughter of the judge handling former President Trump’s case worked with the Biden-Harris campaign.

President and partner of Authentic Campaigns, Loren Merchan, which is a firm that conducts digital campaigns for Democratic politicians, is Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter, according to Merchan’s old LinkedIn account.

“We collaborate with our customers to create award-winning online initiatives for progressive causes,” according to a statement from Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) on the company’s website.

Merchan served as the “Director of Digital Persuasion” on behalf of “Kamala Harris For The People” from Feb. 2019 through Dec. 2019 — which was amid the 2020 presidential race — according to her preserved LinkedIn account. The “Biden-Harris” campaign was also a customer, according to the company’s website.

Merchan’s LinkedIn account was removed in response to a report by Gateway Pundit, which broke the news about her employment background.

“They have all been hand picked,” said Eric Trump, the former president’s son. “Everything has been planned in advance. This is a distinct degree of corruption.”

Merchan previously ruled over a Trump-related lawsuit involving the Trump Organization and the Organization’s former Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg. According to CBS News, Merchan stated during that case that he wasn’t going to permit Trump Organization lawyers to charge Manhattan prosecutors of targeting the business out of hatred for Trump.

“I am not going to permit you to raise selective prosecution claims or to claim that this constitutes some kind of novel prosecution,” he allegedly said, adding that he was going to “have limited patience at trial for questions that aren’t in a good faith basis.”

According to Fox News, Merchan gave Weisselberg a five month prison sentence and directed the Trump Organization to pay a $1.6 million fine, the utmost allowed by state law. Merchan is also the judge ruling over Steve Bannon’s fraud case involving the “We Build the Wall” group, according to the source.
