Finally, a glimmer of light in a sea of dark dreariness blanketed over the nation by Joe Biden and his radical administration.
Why Democrats make everything so difficult one will never know. The majority of Americans simply want to live freely in a country who’s Constitution so clearly lays their basic liberties. The freedom to defend oneself, a central tenant of American democracy, is constantly in peril due to near-constant threats from Liberal Democrats (Demonrats.)
Things were looking bleak when Joe Biden announced his nominee to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), David Chipman. (Why does the federal government have an agency dedicated to alcohol and tobacco anyway and why is it lumped in with explosives and firearms?)
David Chipman is a known anti-gun radical with a lengthy history of sordid behavior. While little is reported about him in the mainstream press, conservative outlets have been following Chipman’s erratic behavior for years.
For example, in 2012 Chipman appeared on a Communist China television program to promote gun control. He failed to disclose this information to the Senate during the initial stages of his confirmation proceedings.
Mr. Chipman is also a well-known racist within the ATF despite calling himself “not your average white man” due to his ultra-progressive stance on gun control. When an inordinate amount of African Americans passed the examine to become an ATF officer in 2007, Chipman said, “Wow, they must have cheated.”
Addressing the skyrocketing number of first-time gun buyers, Chipman, speaking to a crowd, referred to them pejoratively as “Tiger King.”
The list truly goes on.
However, the American people dodged the Chipman bullet thanks to constant GOP pressure to pull Chipman’s nomination. Now reports are emerging that Biden is doing just that. This comes as another crushing defeat to the Biden administration who’s agenda remains highly unpopular with the majority of the country.
Republicans erupted in celebration as news broke of Biden’s decision to pull Chipman’s nomination. Many see this defeat as momentum and a sign of what to come, namely Biden’s inability to restrict Second Amendment Rights.
Donald Trump Jr. was among the first Republicans to celebrate the news.
We defeated this anti-2A gun grabber and we'll defeat all of Biden's attempts to restrict our Second Amendment rights!

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) tweeted Biden never should have nominated Chipman. “Good News. He NEVER should have been nominated,” he said:
Good News. He NEVER should have been nominated.
“The White House is planning to withdraw David Chipman’s nomination to run the ATF this week amid bipartisan pushback over his gun control advocacy, according to two people with knowledge of the decision.”https://t.co/bNXcnPWzUm

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) reacted by taking credit for Chipman’s failure while suggesting Chipman was a “terrible nomination.”
Glad to hear reports the White House is taking my advice and pulling the terrible nomination of David Chipman. Absurd that a vocal opponent of Americans' constitutional rights was ever picked to run ATF. This is a win for the Second Amendment and law-abiding American citizens.

Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) tweeted resending the nomination is a “victory” for “law-abiding citizens who made their voice heard.”
David Chipman would have used ATF to chip away at our right to defend ourselves and our families. I was proud to stand up against his nomination, and President Biden backing down on his nomination is a victory for our 2nd Amdnt and law-abiding citizens who made their voice heard.

Good news for the Constitution and my fellow #2A supporters. The White House is withdrawing the nomination of David Chipman. It’s abundantly clear he is not fit to lead the men and women of the ATF. https://t.co/AUXrzCAwA6

The National Rifle Association (NRA) told pro-Second Amendment Americans to “stay tuned.”
🚨BREAKING NEWS: White House to withdraw nomination of David Chipman to head ATF in face of bipartisan pushback over his gun-control advocacy
