This is a major day of reckoning for liberals in America, many of whom are desperate to maintain strict social control by the federal government and their cadre of “public health experts”.
Conversely, this is also a major cause célèbre for freedom-loving Americans who were left scratching their heads wondering why the Biden administration still required masks for travel.
After more than two years of insanity, one Trump-appointed judge in Florida just injected some normalcy back into American society.
Joe Biden’s federal mask mandate for public transportation and transportation hubs was struck down on Monday by U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle.
Just last week, the Center For Disease Control (CDC) extended the federal mandate for two weeks. After Mizelle’s ruling, however, the mandate is now deemed null and void.
Mizelle, 35, hails from Tampa, Florida, and was appointed to the U.S. District Court by Former President Donald Trump and was confirmed by the U.S. Senate right before the 2020 lame-duck session. She made history on Monday (and received tons of scrutiny) for liberating Americans from Biden’s pseudoscientific approach to masking.
On Monday, a Biden official confirmed that TSA could no longer enforce the federal mandate after Mizelle’s judgment, saying, “federal agencies are reviewing the decision and weighing next steps.”
From her White House podium, Jen Psaki said Mizelle’s ruling was “obviously a disappointing decision” before proceeding to again recommend masks for air travelers. The White House Press Secretary didn’t discuss Biden’s legal recourse, however, she did hint that the Department of Justice would “make a determination about litigation.”

Mizelle’s ruling came in response to a lawsuit brought by the Health Freedom Defense Fund and two women, Ana Daza and Sarah Pope, who travel frequently and argue that wearing the masks during flights worsens their anxiety and frequently causes panic attacks.
“The court concludes that the Mask Mandate exceeds the CDC’s statutory authority and violates the procedures required for agency rulemaking under the [Administrative Procedure Act],” Mizelle wrote in her ruling.
Mandatory masking on public transit and airlines has not been popular, except with braindead liberals.

Meanwhile, airline employees from the CEOs to in-flight stewardesses were desperate to remove their masks at work. Once Mizelle’s decision was made, many airline employees erupted with happiness. A video taken during a flight on Monday showed one stewardess choking up while announcing the end of in-flight masks:
