DeSantis Declares State Of Emergency In War With Biden

A state of emergency has been issued due to the entry of “unauthorized aliens” into Florida, according to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

The executive order directs the Florida National Guard to be called into action as needed to meet the situation.

“Due to the aforementioned factors, I now determine that the influx of unauthorized aliens into the State of Florida will probably result in a serious catastrophe. As a result, I proclaim Florida to be under a state of emergency,” Declares the executive order. “In order to handle this emergency, I’ve given the Adjutant General the order to mobilize the Florida National Guard as necessary.”

The action is being taken as large numbers of immigrants continue to pour over America’s southern border; U.S. Customs and Border Protection claims that there are many interactions along the southwest land border every month.

Immigrants have been traveling by boat to Florida. “90 Cuban migrants were contacted by Border Patrol agents and LE partners in the Florida Keys within the previous 24 hours after they reacted to 5 migrant landings. Residents alerted local officials after the migrants landed aboard crude vessels,” Walter N. Slosar, Chief Patrol Agent for the Miami Sector of the U.S. Border Patrol, tweeted on Friday.

“It was recently announced that the west of Key West, Florida’s Dry Tortugas National Park would reopen on January 8 after being closed due to immigration.”

“Republican DeSantis was just sworn in for a second term.”

According to a press release, “DeSantis claimed that local law enforcement bears the brunt of the Biden administration’s incompetence because they lack the resources to handle the situation. “The bad effects of Biden’s lawless immigration policies continue unabated,” DeSantis added. “To lessen the burden on local resources, I am mobilizing the National Guard and diverting state resources. We will intervene to protect our neighborhoods if Biden doesn’t uphold his legal obligations.”
