Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) said on a far-left show on Friday that the process for nominating Kamala Harris for vice president was “a very open process, a very inclusive process.”
The so-called “democratic” party did not follow a fair method. Democratic party leaders crowned Harris, who didn’t get any Democrat primary votes, which meant that the 14 million primary votes cast for President Joe Biden were actually invalid. Harris accepted her party’s choice for president on Thursday.
“The process we went through was very open and included everyone. I don’t know if you know that, but it was bottom-up. That’s what I know to say,” Newsom said with a laugh on the Pod Save America show.
People are not going along with what Newsom said.
Journalist Glenn Greenwald said, “The Party of Democracy sits around laughing at how anti-democratic, hidden, and vote-free their process was for picking and then forcing the new Democratic presidential candidate on the country.”
Everyone is skeptical about Gavin Newsom’s choice of Harris because he knows it was a coup from the top down. “What a sick joke on their own fans and this country,” said one more critic.
“The group that screams about DEI and White privilege all the time loves using DEI to show off their White privilege,” said Dumisani Washington, CEO of the Institute for Black Solidarity with Israel. “Isn’t it funny that they do this to cheat the voters?”
