Dem Strategist Slams Democrat Voters, Say Party Has ‘Bad Followers’

Who is really to blame for Biden’s collapsing presidency? If you’ve been paying attention, you’d say Joe Biden (or whoever is really calling the shots in the White House). Biden has been making one bad decision after another. Worst still, even after seeing his agenda fail, Biden continues pushing policies that don’t work and upset Americans.

You can also blame the entire Democratic Party. Democrats in Washington have control of the House and the Senate. They are also responsible for how the federal government is operating. On top of that, they can hold Biden accountable with checks and balances. Instead, they’ve sat back and done nothing as Biden’s tanked the economy, aided our enemies, and trampled our constitutional rights.

But that’s not how some liberal strategists see it. No, Biden and his cronies aren’t to blame for their failures. It’s entirely the fault of their followers!

CNN contributor and Democratic strategist Paul Begala appeared to slam the Democrats’ base during a CNN segment on Monday, saying that the party had “bad followers.” […]

“Did President Biden put more effort into getting infrastructure passed, for example?”

“Well, he got infrastructure passed and that’s a good thing because success can breed success,” Begala responded. “He is putting the full force of the presidency behind it. I think the problem for the Democrats right now is not that they have bad leaders. They have bad followers, okay?” [Source: Daily Wire]

Yes, success can breed success. But the infrastructure bill wasn’t a success, it was a failure. And failure also breeds failure. Since the beginning of Biden’s administration, we’ve seen him fail again and again. One bad decision has led to another, resulting in one of the worst presidencies we’ve ever seen. Yet this “strategist” appears to be saying that Biden has “bad followers.”

What could he mean by that? Is Begala really saying it’s Americans’ fault that Biden couldn’t pass his toxic, socialist spending bill? Does he mean to blame hard-working folks who have no say in Congress for Biden failing to get his radical “voting rights” bills passed? Maybe voters should be blamed for not killing the filibuster?

It seems pretty odd that a man paid to strategize and plan for political candidates would say something so out-of-touch and idiotic. Who in their right mind would attack the people you need to win elections?

Begala claimed Democrats don’t have “bad leaders.” Is he not paying attention? The current leadership in the Democrat Party includes Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi. Politics aside, these three people are some of the worst leaders we’ve ever seen. They can’t negotiate. They refuse to compromise with the opposing party. And they spew divisive rhetoric that only makes problems worse.

What about them isn’t bad?

But Begala’s comments are on par with the rest of his party. They are incapable of taking responsibility for their failures. Instead, they just blame everyone else. Now, they’ve reached blaming the American public. It’s pretty sad.
