At a virtual campaign event named “White Dudes for Harris” this week, U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg lauded abortion for making males “more free.”
While attempting to gather money for her presidential campaign, Buttigieg said of Vice President Kamala Harris, “I’m really thrilled she has made freedom the focus of her campaign because I believe in so many ways that’s at risk.” Of course, women’s freedom stands out as a prime example, as Donald Trump has undermined their freedom of choice. However, it goes without saying that males have greater freedom in a nation where the president advocates for issues like access to abortion treatment.
“When the head of our country and the leader of the free world promote access to IVF and birth control, men are more free,” he stated.
Pro-life activists expressed their displeasure over his remarks, claiming that his viewpoint “undermines the value of women.”
