According to Chair of the House Oversight Committee James Comer (R-KY), four Biden family business partners are working with the House probe into President Joe Biden and his family.
Joe Biden and the Biden family are being investigated by Comer for nine offenses, which include money laundering and wire theft. The investigation has included subpoenaing bank documents and requiring collaboration from family business partners.
Comer told Fox Business, “We are in contact with a total of four former Biden family business associates. They are assisting us in our investigation.”
“And I will tell you it is very concerning,” he said of the material disclosed to the committee by whistleblowers.
Due to their whistleblower position, the committee was unable to disclose to Breitbart News who the four members were, but one is likely Hunter Biden’s senior finance lieutenant Eric Schwerin.
In February, a committee spokesperson informed Breitbart News that Schwerin would “soon” provide papers to Comer’s investigation.
Schwerin’s collaboration with the committee occurs after Hunter planned to deceive Schwerin in 2019 amid their deteriorating relationship, based on an off-the-books business agreement, according to text messages acquired from Hunter’s laptop.
Comer’s investigation has started to yield concrete results in tandem with whistleblower collaboration. In March, the committee disclosed that the family of Biden obtained a $1.3 million share from a Biden family business partner who received a $3 million wire payment from a Chinese energy firm connected to the CCP.
“We think the family received this money as a result of favors done by Joe Biden as vice president and/or president,” Comer told Bloomberg last week.
“At least ten different transactions will demonstrate that the president’s immediate family received funds from the CCP,” Comer added.
Breitbart News originally revealed email conversations between the Biden family and business partners on Saturday, revealing the “anatomy of a Biden family business.” Biden family members have a stake in a group “on behalf of the VP” in the scheme. According to Breitbart News:
“Team Biden was set to receive $12.5 million for the creation of the Biden Center at the University of Delaware (UD), which opened soon after Joe Biden stepped down as vice president in 2017. The deal meant a tidy sum for the Bidens and their close associates. And, as it turned out, the Biden Institute’s launch corresponded with a surge in foreign money donations to the institution. According to correspondence, UD wanted Joe Biden to collect money for the institution after his institute debuted.”
“In the time after the Institute’s opening, UD got more than $33 million in foreign cash donations, including $6.7 million from China. Three of the funds came straight from the Chinese Communist government.”
“I’m just not going to even respond,” White House Spox says of a question about Chinese payments to the Biden family.
