The Biden Regime is so desperate for a win, so eager for a victory to broadcast to the American public, that they will prematurely celebrate a slight decrease in gas prices amid a full-blown recession.
Americans are struggling more than they have in over a decade when then-Vice President Biden oversaw the previous economic recession. The price for everyday essentials and basic necessities are on the rise with no sign of decline, regardless of what the White House wants you to think.
On Wednesday, Joe Biden and the White House celebrated a slight decrease in gas prices while conveniently leaving out key facts that would actually paint a clearer picture of the crisis we’re currently in today.
More than half of all gas stations across the United States now offer gas for less than $4 a gallon.

Americans have seen gas prices drop by about 60 cents a gallon in the last month, saving the average driver about $30/month.
An extra 60 cents a gallon back in your pocket is meaningful. It's breathing room.
And we're not done working to lower costs for families.

Despite their celebrations, the price of gas is significantly higher than this time last year and even higher than when Donald Trump was in office. Democrats tend to blame the war in Ukraine to explain skyrocketing gas prices, but that explanation simply doesn’t cut it.

The national average price per gallon fell this week to $4.16, according to the American Automobile Association. Meanwhile, five states still have gas prices at $5 and above while only 19 states have fallen below $4.
Prices have remained high in California and Hawaii, two states completely ran by Democrat officials. Consumers are still being charged $5.56 and $5.43 respectively, the highest in the nation, the AAA reports. The lowest prices were in South Carolina and Texas, where gas has fallen to $3.71 and $3.69 respectively.
The national average this time last year was $3.18, which would make gas 23% more expensive today. And yet Joe Biden still finds it necessary to take credit for lowering prices when in fact he’s raised them.
The regime has repeatedly called for oil and gas companies to increase their production, but executives have reported that refineries are currently running at maximum output. Biden has consistently denied that his policies have in any way contributed to higher prices even though they have significantly reduced supply.
Major oil producers urged the Biden administration to cut the regulatory red tape preventing them from doing their jobs. A massive disincentivizing campaign is underway through the use of liberal bureaucracy. Energy regulations on vehicle emissions standards, infrastructure projects, and ending drilling leases have all contributed to the destruction of America’s energy independence.
Not to mention, Biden has completely depleted America’s emergency crude oil reserve in an attempt to solve the gas price crisis, leaving our national security in immense jeopardy. To make matters worse, it was reported last month that the Biden Regime has sold off a significant portion of America’s reserves to Communist China, amongst other nations.
