With congressional Republicans unable (and in many cases, unwilling) to oppose Biden’s reign of terror, it’s been left to state leaders to uphold our constitutional liberties. Very few states have been pushing back against Biden’s left-wing agenda. Perhaps the brightest star in our political sky right now is none other than Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Unlike most career politicians, he’s made good on his campaign promises. He has slammed back against the radical left. His influence in the state has been so profound, that for the first time there are more registered Republicans than Democrats. The DNCC won’t even put money into state races, knowing Democrats are sure to lose.
So, of course, Biden and his D.C. cronies are terrified of this man—and what he might do in 2024. But Biden’s response… let’s say needs a heck of a lot of work.
President Biden mocked Governor Ron DeSantis for targeting Disney over its opposition to the Parental Rights in Education bill on Wednesday.
Biden and his team apparently fear DeSantis, the rising star whom many believe has the greatest chance of taking back the White House for the GOP in 2024, as they have targeted him for months.
On Wednesday, Biden jeered as he spoke before LGBTQ supporters, “I don’t have to tell you about the ultra-MAGA agenda, attacking families and our freedoms. Three hundred discriminatory bills introduced in states across this country… In Texas, knocking on front doors to harass and investigate parents who are raising transgender children. In Florida going after Mickey Mouse for God’s sake.”
“That’s striking close to home,” Biden taunted. [Source: Daily Wire]
Whoever is writing Biden’s comments needs to be fired. Because they are just as incoherent and pathetic as Biden’s senile old ramblings.
Again, Biden thinks his “ultra-MAGA” slur is hurting conservatives. He doesn’t realize he gave them (and Trump) a badge of honor. He lied about Texas laws. Then he claims DeSantis is “going after Mickey Mouse.”
Not even remotely true, but I’m sure the liberal media will twist it to sound true. Disney went after Florida first, after the state passed a law to prevent perverts from spreading transgenderism and homosexuality to children in 4th grade and under (a policy the vast majority of Americans approve of).
Disney tried to interfere with Florida’s ability to pass laws, exposing the “family-friendly” company’s far-left agenda. DeSantis retaliated by revoking Disney’s special tax status in the state.
Hey, if Mickey Mouse comes after you, you have no choice but to strike back.
But Biden’s words irrevocably link Mickey Mouse and Disney with the LGBT agenda. I doubt many American families would like to know that the biggest family-oriented content maker in Hollywood is pushing gay ideology in their TV shows and movies (they are).
Biden saying this only further highlights their agenda, potentially hurting the company.
Not that Biden can’t do anything but hurt his own causes.
